Currently, we're looking to expand our team with one or two more cleaning technicians. Whether you specialize in residential cleaning, post-construction, or move-in/out services, we have a place for you in our group of elite cleaners.
Position Overview:
As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of residential properties, assisting with post-construction clean-ups, and preparing homes for new occupants. This position is ideal for motivated and service-oriented individuals who are looking for stable, rewarding work in a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and various surface cleaning.
- Complete post-construction cleaning tasks to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
- Handle move-in/out cleaning projects, preparing homes for new residents.
- Maintain a schedule of cleaning tasks while managing time efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Proven work ethic and a positive, inspiring attitude.
- Strong motivation and passion for delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a clean criminal background.
- Valid driver's license.
